
We require a $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit (transferrable for 1 year) to hold a puppy. Deposit must be placed through PayPal or Venmo. We do not accept wired payments. If you will be picking your puppy up from us you may pay the remaining balance in person with cash (no checks, money orders, cashiers checks) if you so choose or full payment can be made through PayPal or Venmo PRIOR to pick up date. Oftentimes Venmo will reject the transfer of a large sum of money if your account is not verified, your account is rarely used, or if Venmo detects that you are far from home. In the past this has left our clients scrambling to find a way to pay the balance for their puppy on pickup day after having driven several hours.
We also have a ground transport delivery option. We do not make any delivery arrangements until puppy AND delivery fee have been paid in full and payment has cleared. The current ground delivery charge through our transport company is $500. We use a highly reputable transport company for ground delivery. Most puppies will be delivered within 1-3 days of leaving our home and can be tracked using the Life360 app.
Please note .... requesting additional photos DOES NOT reserve the puppy you are interested in. If an approved puppy family wishes to place a deposit and reserve that specific puppy before we have had time to send you photos or before you choose to reserve the puppy they are free to do so. This does occur more often than one might expect.

Please keep your puppy on this brand of food while he/she adjusts to their new home. You may switch to a brand of your choosing (see Health Guarantee/Sales Contract for exclusions) once your puppy has acclimated to their new surroundings. Changing too soon or abruptly WILL cause stomach issues.
